All of our tallow is sourced from grass-fed, grass-finished beef raised on local Texas farms. We prioritize quality and sustainability, ensuring every batch is packed with nutrients.

We use a traditional dry rendering method to preserve nutrients while reducing odor. We use high grade organic essential oils whenever possible. Every ingredient is carefully selected for purity and performance.

Tallow has a naturally mild, earthy scent, which is prominent in our unscented options. Most of our balms are lightly scented with essential oils, creating a subtle, soothing fragrance that complements your skin without being overpowering. 

Tallow is temperature-sensitive. If your balm softens in transit, allow it to settle at room temperature or refrigerate briefly. If it arrives hardened, let it soften at room temperature or re-whip it with a hand mixer. Either way, it’s still perfect for your skin!

Thanks to the natural vitamins in tallow, like Vitamin E, our balms are long-lasting. Store them in a cool, dark spot, and they will stay fresh for 10–12 months. If you are wondering why we chose the amber colored jars, this is to help keep exposure to sun and heat at a minimum.
